Reminder: There will be no school on February 19th (President's Day)

It's official!!  All-day kindergarten has been approved for the 2018-2019 school year at no additional cost to families.  We are excited about the educational benefit that this will provide for our students!  If you have a child who will be 5 by August 1, 2018, they are eligible to attend.  We will begin to set up screening appointments on Tuesday, February 20th.  You may call 330-722-8257 ext. 4143, 4137 or 4139 to set up an appointment.  There will be three screening dates:  March 15th, March 20th and March 22nd.  You may pre-register your child online by clicking on the link here. After you complete the online registration, you will be prompted to set up an appointment with our Registrar, Jill Besida.  Please do not set up an appointment at this time.  The purpose of this appointment is to submit registration documentation which you will be doing when you come to the screening appointment.  If you are not able to register online, we will have computers available during the screening dates for your use. More information regarding the kindergarten screening process can be found under the Kindergarten Information link in the column to the right.

Safety Town

This program is for students who will be entering kindergarten in August of 2018.  Safety Town will take place June 4 - 8.

All transportation information for next year will roll over using the student's HOME address. This applies to every grade level. If parents use a daycare/sitter, a new form for the 2017-18 school year MUST be submitted using the online form found HERE.

The deadline for any changes you would like to make to your 2017-18 transportation is Friday, July 21, 2017. Any requests made after this date will not be added to the bus routes until Monday, August 28, 2017. This includes changes of address, adding your student to a bus route, or changing the pickup and/or drop off location for your student. Any changes must be submitted using the online form found HERE.

Parents will be responsible for transportation until Monday, August 28, 2017, if they submit changes after the July 21st deadline.

In addition, no change of address requests will be processed until the change of address is submitted to Mrs. Jill Besida (330-722-8257 x1001) at the Buckeye Board of Education offices and verified with a current proof of residency or residency affidavit. Once the address change is verified, it will be processed by Transportation.
