We will be moving Open House to the first few weeks of school. Instead of being held the day before school starts, it will be held on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at 6:30 PM. The focus of Open House will be more curricular than it has been in the past. This will allow Buckeye staff to explain the intervention process as well as co-teaching.
Teachers will meet with parents at the beginning of the evening at 6:30 PM and do a short presentation. After the presentations, teachers will be available for questions and for parents who may have missed the initial presentation because they have multiple children.
The Primary and Intermediate Open Houses will be held on different evenings for parking purposes. Since supply lists have been cut dramatically, students will be able to bring school supplies on the first day of school.
Detailed information regarding Kindergarten, including Kindergarten Orientation, is on the Kindergarten web page.
